Refund policy

This policy applies to all customers, designers, retail stores, wholesalers and distributors. 

ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. 

*Consignment items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

*Jewelry items purchased from Quintanilla Jewelers Inc. are subject to a 30% restocking fee for full returns after 3 days. Customers may also receive full credit toward a different item or custom piece, provided the new item is of equal or greater value. After 30 days, all purchased items are non-refundable.
